This is the second and final site of the coffee lounge. It was only located here for a couple of years from c.1978 to 1980 - when Carmen left Wellington. It was advertised as a 'Gay scene for the unusual and beautiful' [advert in OUT! magazine, June 1978]. The first site of the coffee lounge opened in 1967 at 86 Vivian Street, Wellington.
