Watch out guys - cougars are on the prowl in Auckland! Yes, single women 'of a certain age' (somewhat older than the men they're going after) are haunting inner-city bars poised to pounce when they spot a lone fresh-faced male, according to a new ad from Air NZ. "The young male now has little chance of escaping the cougar's powerful claws, and valiently pretends to be gay to ward her off," the airline's light-hearted viral video notes. It's all in good fun, and women are encouraged to send in photos of themselves 'on the prowl' - but now TVNZ reports that NZ's Rape Prevention Education group are appalled and disgusted by the ad which "is encouraging sexually predatory behaviour".
