Josh and Bev tell their story for World AIDS Day

Mon 1 Dec 2008 In: Worth Checking Out View at Wayback View at NDHA

Beverley's husband Bryce was gay at a time when it was illegal. He didn't begin to deal with his sexuality until he was diagnosed with HIV. His son Josh was eight when his dad died. Today Josh is out and proud. He's also an advocate for safe sex as one of the New Zealand AIDS Foundation's Safe Sex Poster Boys and together he and Beverley are helping combat the stigma and discrimination around HIV. Josh has become the man his father couldn't be and Beverley couldn't be more proud. See them tell their story on the video clip below. Got a YouTube video you want featured on GayNZ.com?
