Give GABA your goods for Charity Auction

Sun 28 Oct 2007 In: New Zealand Daily News View at Wayback

The Gay Auckland Business Association Charitable Trust Annual Christmas Auction will return this December, and kind donations of unique items and services are now required. "Exciting items are already in hand, but we need lots more," says GABA Trust Chair Geoffrey Marshall. "It's your opportunity for your business to get great exposure to a wealthy and influential market, both at the event and in the sumptuous illustrated catalogue." Last years' Auction raised over $22,000 for worthy causes and projects within the LGBT community. Auctioned items included various artworks, jewellery, kitchenware, a dinner with an MP, and a luxury weekend holiday. An exotic male stripper helped hold up the items, with the bidding intensifying as he showed more and more flesh. The venue for this years' auction on Sunday 2 December will again be the historic Hopetoun Alpha building in Beresford Street. The auction item registration from is on the link below.     Ref: GABA (m)
