A group of lesbian women have been brutally attacked by allegedly more than 15 men in Portsmouth, England.   A 23-year-old victim had her front teeth knocked out in the attack. The homophobic attack took place outside the Blue Anchor Pub and left one woman bleeding and fitting, while another lost seven front teeth as she was punched in the face. Speaking to The News, the women say they left the pub singing I’m in the Mood for Dancing when men standing outside a nearby club attacked them and shouted homophobic abuse. One of the victims, who wished to stay anonymous, told The News, “In the first punch all seven top teeth were out, and my jaw was fractured. “It seemed like forever but the police are telling us it was only 10 minutes.” Another victim says she saw one of the women had at least seven men on her and they wouldn’t stop hitting her. A spokesperson for the Hampshire Police says they are investigating the altercation. Three London men in their 20s have been arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. A forth man from Portsmouth was arrested on suspicion of affray. The men have been released but are under investigation.
