Details of all Auckland Pride Festival's events are now live on its website. Printed copies of the programme have already been distributed through lgbti venues, various cafes and libraries through Auckland. However, the information on the Pride website is more up to date and accurate. Auckland Pride Festival runs from 6 February – 1 March 2015. It begins with an official dawn ceremony opening at Okahu Bay on Waitangi Day, followed by the Pride Gala on 7 February. The LYC Big Gay Out will be held on Sunday 8 February at Coyle Park in Point Chevalier. Bear New Zealand Week 2015 will run from Sunday 8 to Sunday 15 February. The Heroic Gardens Festival 2015 takes place on the weekend of 14 and 15 February. The 2015 Auckland Pride Parade will be on Saturday 21 February. The Festival will close with the PROUD Party on Saturday 28 February. In all, the 2015 festival will have 80 events ranging from dance, theatre, visual arts and music to community gatherings and parties. Check out the full event information online here
