A 22-year-old gay man has posted a picture on Reddit of his mum holding a towel in front of the television to protect him from seeing a woman's breasts during a movie. She's since been dubbed ‘towel mom', and become the subject of numerous memes. Reddit user DantesInfernape posted the picture saying “There were boobs on-screen, so my mother took action. I am a 22 year old gay man”. They were watching film The Master. “After getting up to cover the screen for a 2nd time during more boobage, she ended up reaching for the remote and just turning it off,” he explains. "She never shook the discomfort of seeing nudity with her children." His rather protective mum is fine with him being gay, “but said her one concern is that she really wants grandchildren.
