The Smithsonian Museum of American History has added the diplomatic passports of the first openly-gay US Ambassador David Huebner and his husband Duane McWaine to a special lgbt collection. Huebner was Ambassador to New Zealand from December 2009 till January this year. While in New Zealand he was an advocate for both youth and the rainbow community.
