Dustin Lance Black British diver Tom Daley is reported to be dating Academy Award winning screenwriter Dustin Lance Black. Daley, 19, revealed his life “changed massively” when he met a man who “made me feel so happy, so safe and everything just feels great.” E! News claims the man who has made Daley so happy is Black, a 39-year-old screenwriter and gay rights activist. He won an Academy Award for his screenplay for Milk, the 2008 biopic about gay rights legend Harvey Milk.
