Gay teen's accused killer to stand trial in 2013

Hayden Miles The man accused of murdering gay Christchurch teenager Hayden Miles is likely to stand trial next year. Unemployed 27-year-old Gavin John Gosnell appeared at the High Court in Christchurch before Justice Christine French this morning. He has pleaded not guilty to the murder of 15-year-old Hayden Miles, whose remains were found in a Christchurch cemetery last year. Pre-trial arguments have been set for 6 November, while the trial will be in 2013.
