Meg Torwl

Meg Torwl, of Celtic ancestry, grew up in rural Aoteroa/New Zealand and resided in the Pacific Northwest from the early 2000s - creating work in and from both locales. She was a photographer who also worked in new media, video, radio, writing/performance, and arts administration. Meg's work has been screened, broadcast, exhibited, published, and performed in Aotearoa/New Zealand, Canada, USA, and the UK.

Meg was interviewed about her life and creative process in early 2013, a few months before her death on 21 June 2013.
