Text:It has been revealed that one of the teenagers appearing on Auckland teacher David Arthur's videotape, parts of which feature scenes of students allegedly taking drugs, is tabloid website founder Jonathan Marshall. A Sunday newspaper obtained the tape two weeks ago before handing it to police. It featured four teenagers in 47-year-old Arthur's bedroom, smoking what they claimed to be methamphetamine. A separate scene featured a naked boy on a bed. Arthur has been charged with supplying class A drugs and allowing their use at his home, and has been forbidden to associate with the five boys featured in the video while on bail. Marshall would not say if he had been charged, but confirmed he was one of the boys Arthur was barred from contacting.
