Text:Wellington-based singer/songwriter Charlotte Yates has just released a video for her new single Ruins Of Love, and is about to embark on a series of main-centre concerts around the country in support of her new album Plainsong. The concert dates are a mixture of solo gigs and showcase events, including the upcoming Rainbow Youth benefit Sisters Are Doing It at the Maidment Theatre in Auckland. The Ruins Of Love video is a "delicate tale of romance" featuring a cast of 30 ballroom dancers. Clips from the video and details of forthcoming concert dates in August and September are available from Charlotte's website.
