Text:Less than 24 hours after its launch, the operators of the Being Jonathan Marshall website have received a cease and desist order from his lawyers. The order, as reprinted on the website, seems to go to great lengths to distance Marshall from the celebrity tabloid website he helped create, and denies statements made by Marshall himself that celebrity addresses would be published on it. It also states that Marshall is only “employed” by the tabloid site as a “media advisor” for two weeks, with his contract being renewed after that period pending a decision from Marshall himself. NZ Tabloid co-creator David Herkt has refuted allegations that he is the author of the Being Jonathan Marshall website.
