Text:Late payment of over $7,000 from Dominion Breweries is said to have stalled Hero's work towards attempting to settle with its creditors. Contracted organiser of the Hero Scandal party, Gray Tinley, says he has deposited $10,000 proceeds from the February party into the lawyer's trust account which holds money raised by this year's Hero festival events, and he will hand over the remainder as soon as DB pays up. GLBT community members seeking to clear Hero's debts say they cannot negotiate with the creditors until all the money is received.
