Text:9.50am:Australian runners have dominated the placings in this morning's 5k and 10k runs around the Wellington waterfront for the 2nd Asia Pacific Out Games.   Unnofficial results and times  for first place and runners up are:   5k men: Simon Niblett of Wellington, 20.27, followed by Anthony Collins of Canberra, 21.00   5k women: Lara Atkinson of Melbourne, 23.53, followed in by Amanda Clarke of Christchurch, 25.36.   10k men: Malcolm Campbell of Melbourne, 31.00, with runner-up Stuart Kollmorgen, alson of Melbourne, 31.20.   10k women: Michaele Holloway, Sydney, followed by Sandy Lee of Auckland.
